This is a Prince Castel warmer it was built by Prince Castel for Mcdonalds to keep there pies warm. This unit is clean and works great. The warmer operates off 120 volts and is 26 in. tall x 13.5 in. front to back x 13 in. wide. The warmer would be great for pies, hot dogs, sausage, and many other things. - $250.00

 

 This is a Win-Holt mobile proofer. This unit holds up to 35 full sized sheet pans and operates off 120 volts and is 1400 watts. 1 half inch bolt in the back and all electricail components can be removed for fast easy hose pipe cleaning. The unit is 66 inches tall x 20 inches wide x 31 inches deep. The unit has humidity control and thermostat, with a digital thermometer built in the front. 2 of the 4 wheels will lock and has a rubber bumper on each corner of the base. The box has a plexy glass door and works as good as it looks. - $800.00
